At The Art of Skin & Beauty, we take great care in selecting professional skincare and beauty products that deliver exceptional results. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if you decide you no longer want the item. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
If you are unsure which products are right for you, we encourage you to contact us or book a skin consultation before purchasing.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any product that has been opened, used, tested, or tampered with, unless the product is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Unopened Products
We may, at our discretion, accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
If a return is approved:

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you believe it does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivities
Individual skin responses can vary. We recommend introducing new skincare products gradually and performing a patch test where appropriate.
We are unable to offer refunds for products where an adverse reaction occurs due to individual skin sensitivity, allergies, incorrect use, or failure to follow product directions, unless the product is found to be faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Sale, promotional, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where products are faulty, unsafe, significantly different from their description, or otherwise fail to meet the consumer guarantees.
