SHIPPING FAQ

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most Australian metro areas receive their order within 2–7 business days after dispatch, while regional and remote areas may take a little longer.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any free shipping promotions will be displayed on our website when available.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


What if my parcel is delayed?

While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are managed by our shipping provider and occasional delays can occur. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll happily assist.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Can I return skincare products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or incorrect. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our team and we'll be happy to help.
