12 Days of Christmas – Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all daily offers, giveaways, product promotions and treatment packages included in our 12 Days of Christmas event.
1. Daily Offer Availability
• Each daily offer is available for 24 hours only, from 7:01am to 6:59am on the following day
• Once the 24-hour period ends, the offer cannot be purchased or honoured 
• All offers must be purchased online through our website during the valid window.
2. Redemption Period
• All purchased offers can be redeemed up until 31 March 2026.
• After purchasing, clients may contact the salon via phone, email, DM or online request to book their appointment.
• Free upgrades (such as LED, enzyme, brow tint etc.) must be used at the same appointment as the associated service.
3. Giveaway Entry Requirements
To enter any daily giveaway, participants must:
• Like the daily post
• Share the daily post
• Tag the required number of friends in the comments
• Follow/like our Facebook page
4. Giveaway Winners
• Winners are drawn after 8am the following day.
• Winners will be announced on the original Facebook post.
• No purchase is required to enter.
• Prizes must be redeemed by 31 March 2026.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable.
5. Refunds, Transfers & Changes
• All 12 Days of Christmas purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Offers cannot be exchanged for another service, package or credit.
• Purchases may be gifted to another person, but cannot be split into smaller appointments.
6. IPL Packages (Day 7)
• “Buy 4, Get 2 Free” applies to the same area only.
• IPL sessions must be used by the same person unless otherwise stated.
• IPL suitability is required prior to treatment (medical/medication restrictions apply).
• If a client is not suitable for IPL, the package may be transferred to another person, but not refunded.
7. Product-Based Offers
• Free gifts (such as travel sizes, ornaments, or body butters) must be collected in salon.
• Free gifts cannot be swapped, exchanged, or substituted.
8. Gift Voucher Promotions (Day 11)
• Free ornaments apply only to voucher purchases over $200 made within the 24-hour window.
• Limit of one ornament per qualifying purchase.
• Standard voucher expiry terms apply unless otherwise stated.
9. Client Responsibility
• Clients must notify staff of any medical conditions, medications, or contraindications before treatment.
• The salon may refuse treatment if it is unsafe for the client.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the 12 Days of Christmas offers or giveaways, clients confirm they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
